Happy at the Thought of Moving On

Today Ananda and I went to the Brazilian restaurant we had seen last week and we had a fabulous meal. I wish I had written down what I ate! I do know that I had chicken, lamb, and beef! When my plate was brought to the table it had chicken, along with all of the accompanying food. A few minutes later, the waiter brought out the lamb, and a few minutes after that, he brought out the beef. All was served as pictured below.

Yesterday I said that I would try to post photos of the other parts of town. But, guess what? I just didn't feel like taking a lot of photos today. The experience here has been wonderful; however, I'm really ready to move on to my "vacation from my vacation."

The entrance to Jacqueline's apartment is off a large plaza adjacent to the Hotel de Ville. This part of the city has large, wide boulevards and beautiful large buildings and has an air of openness and freedom about it. Here is a photo of the back of the HdV:

Today's pilgrimage was, once again, to the English-language bookstore, where I had a cup of tea and bought my reading material for my rest-cure in Aix (LOL). ("The Secret History" by Donna Tartt)

I'm going to miss this charming little place.
Le Bookshop, along with the bibliotheque, have been two places where I've been the most comfortable
